Hospital Visitation Schedule

Hospital Visitation is a duty of each Session member of Covenant Church. Remember to check with the church office to get the current hospital list for both Sharon Regional Health System and UPMC Greenville & Farrell. If you can’t visit during your scheduled week, please contact another elder to switch with you! Remember to let the church know the results of your visit, any prayer requests, room changes, etc.

· The Docket for the meeting is usually available on the Presbytery website (www.shenango.org) the Monday before the meeting. If you would prefer to receive a hard copy, please notify the office and one will be printed and placed in your box.

· One elder needs to serve as the voting representative

· The other elder needs to prepare a report for the next session meeting

If you need to re-arrange your assignment, please contact another elder on the list and notify the office of the switch.

Duties of the Elder Teller

Pick up the drop box key from the counting room

Be in the counting room to help count and verify money

Take the deposit to the bank

If there are special services during your week, you are responsible for depositing them as well (Maundy Thursday, Christmas Eve, Cantata, etc.)

When you are finished, make sure the key is returned to the counting room or given to the next elder teller

If you have a problem with your teller date, please switch with another elder.
